Service agreements
A general enquiry does not form a paid booking. A service requires a written agreement covering permitted scope, deliverables, timing, fees, revisions and any cancellation or refund arrangements before payment.
Boundaries
Support does not include writing assessed submissions for you to claim as your own, impersonation, fabricating research or references, or concealing assistance. No mark, acceptance, similarity score or other assessment outcome is promised.
Local tools
Browser tools help you organise information; they do not evaluate your academic work or generate verified references. They depend on browser storage. Keep your own copy of important notes.
Accounts
Keep your password private and provide accurate contact details. Account-linked records are separate from local notes. Contact us about access issues. Do not submit someone else's private information.
Payments and changes
Only pay an invoice assigned to your account for an agreed service. Review its description, amount and terms before checkout. Raise scope changes or cancellation questions using the relevant service reference. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
